End to end services under one roof.

For 21+ years, South Florida municipalities have leaned on us when the work has to look professional and run without error.

We handle AV for more than 200 council, commission, and board meetings a year. We produce the videos cities run, such as State of the City addresses, event recaps, documentaries, and promos. We produce the events themselves: town halls, ribbon cuttings, and community celebrations.

Live Streaming

City council meetings, public hearings, and municipal events streamed live to Comcast, AT&T, YouTube, and Facebook, with backup recordings and switching by a seasoned crew.

PEG Channel Management

Full operation of your Public, Educational, and Government channels: programming, archiving, and distribution across both cable and digital, so your own staff never has to.

Graphic Design

On-brand graphics, overlays, lower thirds, and channel branding designed for government broadcasts, so your city meetings look like a professional network, not a Zoom call.

Technical Support & AV Design

Equipment setup, onsite crew, and full AV system design for Council Chambers, Community Centers, and Performing Arts Centers. When something breaks at 6:55 PM, we're there.

Video Production

State of the City addresses, swearing-ins, event recaps, recruitment videos, and public service announcements. All produced on location, edited fast, and ready when needed.

Meeting Agenda & Voting Integration

Agenda timestamps, motion tracking, and roll-call voting displays synchronized live with your broadcast, so residents can see the action and clerks can keep a clean record.

South Florida's Go-To Partner for Municipal Broadcasts and AV Solutions

Cities recommend us because we show up, set up, and stay until it is done right. For 21+ years, municipalities across Broward, Dade, Palm Beach, and Pinellas have trusted us with the broadcasts, channels, and AV work that cannot afford a mistake.

Our Council Meeting Process

Confirm the Schedule

We confirm every covered meeting at the start of the month, then follow up with week-of confirmations before show day to double-check the venue, the agenda, and our own gear.

Arrive and Test

Our crew arrives 2+ hours early for full testing and coordination with City staff. If the room has no AV system, we bring cameras, mics, TVs, speakers, and satellite internet.

Run the Meeting

The show goes smoothly, with PTZ camera operation, video switching, audio mixing, and presentation and videoconference support handled by one crew, so the meeting runs clean from gavel to gavel.

Archive and Distribute

Optional backup services keep an archived copy of the meeting on our servers and distribute it anywhere you need it, including DVD archival, cloud delivery, or your PEG channel schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with municipal and county governments?
Yes, government is a core practice, not a side business. Full Moon Creative has served South Florida municipalities for 21+ years and covers more than 200 council, commission, and board meetings every year across Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Pinellas counties. We are a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in Broward County.
What is PEG channel management?
PEG stands for Public, Education, and Government access. PEG channel management means running a municipality's broadcast channel end to end: meeting coverage, program scheduling, playback, archiving, and the AV infrastructure behind it. Full Moon Creative provides turnkey PEG channel management for South Florida municipalities.
What happens if equipment fails during a live meeting?
Redundancy is planned before the gavel drops: our crew arrives two or more hours early for full testing, backup recording runs alongside the live broadcast, and an experienced operator stays in the room for the entire meeting, so a single failure does not take the broadcast down or interrupt the public record.
Can you broadcast meetings to cable TV and online at the same time?
Yes. We stream council meetings and public hearings simultaneously to cable providers like Comcast and AT&T and to YouTube and Facebook, with agenda timestamps, motion tracking, and roll-call vote displays synced live so residents can follow the action on any platform.
What if our meeting room has no installed AV system?
We bring one. For rooms without permanent equipment we set up a temporary system with cameras, microphones, displays, speakers, and even satellite internet where connectivity is poor, then run the meeting with the same crew and standards as a fully built chamber.
