If something goes wrong, our team fixes it in real time and stays until your event is right.
Are you available on my date, and how fast can I get a real number?

Yes. Full Moon Creative LLC carries $1M / $2M general liability insurance and issues certificates of insurance naming your venue, usually within one business day — the document hotels and convention centers require before a crew touches the room. We handle rigging sign-off, power and distribution planning, and load-in windows directly with your venue, and coordinate with in-house AV when a venue requires it.
Am I getting a principal, or an account rep and a rotating crew?
A principal. Full Moon Creative is founder-led by Howard Attias and Dwight Moon, and the senior team that plans your event stays involved through show day — not an account rep handing you to a rotating crew you have never met. We complete standard vendor onboarding, W-9s, and insurance paperwork quickly so your timeline does not slip.
What is actually included in the quote versus billed to me later?
Your quote is line-itemed — gear, crew, labor, and load-in/out — so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Charges that depend on your venue or final run-of-show, such as overtime beyond scheduled hours, supplemental power distribution, or convention-center drayage and union labor, are flagged up front rather than sprung on you later. If something is not in the quote, we tell you before you sign.
What is the deposit, and what happens if my event is postponed or a storm hits?
A deposit reserves your date and equipment, and the balance and payment schedule are set out in your written agreement before you sign. Because South Florida’s event season overlaps storm season, we plan postponement contingencies with you up front, and reschedule terms are defined in that same agreement — so if weather forces a change, you already know exactly where you stand.
